Three Ways to Work With TMAC Arts
Whether you're looking to learn, heal, create, or shop — there's a place for you here.
Creative Arts Workshops
Guided group experiences using painting and expressive arts to spark self-reflection, connection, and emotional well-being. Zero artistic experience required — just show up.

Creative Arts
Art Opens Doors Words Can't
Tanya Mac is a working artist whose paintings explore emotion, identity, and resilience. The same creative energy that fills her canvases powers the workshops — spaces where participants use art to say what words alone can't capture.
Art cannot solve everything, but it can open conversations that might never happen otherwise.
Programs
Built for People Doing Hard Work
Interactive, practical, and accessible — no prior experience needed.
01
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA)
Learn to recognize signs of mental health challenges and respond with confidence, compassion, and practical tools.
02
Applied Suicide Intervention Skills (ASIST)
An internationally recognized, interactive training focused on recognizing warning signs and helping keep someone safe during a crisis.
03
First Aid Arts
Creative expression meets mental health support. Participants experience how art helps people process emotions, build resilience, and open meaningful conversations.
04
Creative Expression Workshops
Group painting and mixed-media experiences designed to create connection, not critique. For organizations, events, and community gatherings.
05
Custom & Corporate Programs
Tailored trainings and workshops for your team — half-day, full-day, in-person or virtual. Reach out to discuss your goals.
"The goal is not to create perfect paintings. The goal is to create environments where people feel comfortable expressing themselves."
— Tanya Mac, Founder of TMAC Arts
